CREATINE EXTREME

This product contains creatine monohydrate in powder. This preparation is intended for physically active adults, doing high intensity workouts.

Recommended use:
Dissolve one serving (5 g = 1 scoop) in 200-250 ml water. Mix well and consume before or after exercise. Take 1 serving daily.
