The product contains Omega 3 fish oil, with a standard ratio of EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Besides DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.
Recommended use: Take one serving (1 capsule) preferably after meals. Drink adequate amounts of water. Take 1 serving daily.
