TRI WHEY contains ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate. Protein contributes to growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
Recommended use: Dissolve one serving of 30 g (one scoop) in 200 or 250 ml milk or water in a shaker. Shake well and consume. Consume 1 portion daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product.
