The product contains calcium hydroxymethyl butyrate monohydrate, that may help with normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal muscle function. The product is recommended to adults as a food supplement.

Recommended use: Take one serving (2 capsules) preferably after meals. Drink adequate amounts of water. Take 1 serving daily

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet.  Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product.
